Vusi Sibuyi serves in multiple boards in the business world and serves as a Chairman of our board. He has a Project Management qualification from Wits business school as well as Leadership training from Unisa School of Business Leadership and has attended several workshops as well as CPD courses such as handling projects in a Consulting Engineering practice to name but a few.

He runs many successful and accomplished businesses and has been involved in the Civil Engineering Industry for about a decade. Mr. Vusi is a visionary and inspirational leader, always setting challenges and set targets for himself and his team members. Mr. Sibuyi is a great leader, not because of his Executive Chairman title but because of his people development skills and his ability to empower others.

He uses his position,relationships,and productivity to invest in his team until they become leaders themselves in their own rights. He has a very strong focus on building a better, stronger, more sustainable company as a brand and heritage for future generations.
